VINIFICATION
Hand harvest. Grapes are vinified separately to preserve the characteristics of each variety.
AGEING
Syrah grapes are aged in "Foudres" and 225l-oak barrels (1-3 years) for 6 to 8 months before final blending.

TASTING NOTES
Intense ruby color with brilliant reflections. Floral nose with subtle notes of violet at first, then light notes of strawberries. Fleshy and rich mouth, still well-balanced. Elegant
